Why I Created Ayurveda-Inspired Songs for Children

I searched high and low for audio that would introduce babies and toddlers to Ayurveda’s gentle rhythms and wisdom, without gluing them to a screen. I found… nothing. So, during my own nursing sessions and nap-time brainstorming, I started humming melodies about doshas, daily rituals, and the healing power of breath.

Pretty soon my nine-month-old was giggling at every chorus, and I realized we had something special to share. Ayurveda Kids Music was born out of that tiny, joy-filled moment.
